Six cancelled flights, a night in a hotel, a rented minivan and 5 gas stations later…I AM BACK!! Let me tell you…you haven’t lived until you have ridden 13 hours in the back seat of a minivan wedged between two carseats.
The cruise was wonderful! The girls had a blast. When asked what her favorite part of the trip was McKenna informed me that it was “ice cream.” They have ice cream machines on all the time and McKenna can now operate one all by herself. She had a minimum of two cones a day. Both girls were extremely good under the circumstances and we got pretty good at planning Avery’s daily milk in take to make sure we had enough on ice for the next day. Traveling with a baby is not for the faint of heart and requires a lot of planning ahead. I am not a planner. I am more of a let’s roll and we’ll figure out the details as we go kind of girl.
A little guitar player found roaming the streets of Cozumel.
Me and Averycakes on the Conch Train in Key West, FL. She slept for the remainder of the tour…and I wasn’t complaining.
That’s all for now. My computer only has 6% of the battery left so I gotta run!
I love that I have had this post up for 2 weeks and there is a grammar error in the title line. NICE.
