Another food post??

I know what you’re thinking. “Who is this woman and where is Amanda?”

Cooking two nights in a row?

We start Bible school (2nd round) tomorrow night so I thought I should cook while I could.

And these little pizzas are so easy I don’t know if it counts as “cooking.”  I love cooking them and usually throw whatever I have on hand on them.  Tonight they consist of bacon, chicken, tomatoes from Mom’s garden, pizza sauce, pesto, and graded parm.  I added a little extra shredded cheese to Chad’s.

We’re also having more of that fresh sweet corn!

I signed up for free sample menu for one of those cook 5 meals at the same time website that has got me thinking about ways to cook ahead so I can save time.  Anyone have any tips to share?
