Roasted pork chops with cheddar and bacon bits, fresh sweet corn and biscuits (not pictured). Pork chop recipe is Paula Deen’s. I cooked the sweet corn in the microwave for 8 minutes (in the shuck). That was for 3 ears. I usually do 2.5 – 3 minutes per ear. It doesn’t get much easier than that. Be sure to wear an oven mit when you shuck it because the inside is HOT. That’s how Mama does it! For desert? Blueberry cobbler, of course! OK. I made the blueberry cobbler yesterday. Don’t want to get all crazy on you. I’m pretending to be domesticated. Now, I have to eat and clean up before the Bachelorette! (I’m rooting for JP.)
