I’m taking the 200 sit-up challenge. There. I said it. It’s out there in the blogosphere now and there is no turning back.
I just completed day 1 of the six week challenge. In six weeks I should be able to do 200 sit-ups in a row. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. I need to be held accountable.
Oh, and by situps they mean crunches. And you only have to do them three times per week. It should be a piece of cake, right? Only time (and crunches) will tell!
