I’m on a mission to get things a little more organized around here. My girls are spending the night away and I decided to spend my “child free” time organizing our hair bow collection.
Let me warn you. We have a lot of hair bows. A. Lot. #dontjudge
Before y’all start organizing a hair bow intervention let me say (in my defense) that my sister has a Hair bow shop on Etsy and she has been very generous about making bows for my girls.
We have this adorable hair bow holder that she made to look like a princess gown, which was full of bows too.
Then we also had a huge basket full of ponytail holders and random bows taking up counter space in the girls’ bathroom. Even with all these bows, it was always a struggle to find the bow I was looking for or matching bows for pig tails.
I decided to re-purpose a jewelry holder to a hair bow holder. Mine was a gift but you can find the same one here on Amazon*.
The best part about it was that I didn’t have to do anything to it to re-purpose it other than move it to the bathroom and fill it with hair bows! And it works great for holding ponytail holders and large hair bows.
The whole project took less than an hour and cost nothing since I already had the jewelry organizer! That’s my kind of project!
p.s. I’m linking up to I Heart Organizing, Serenity Now, Home Stories A to Z and Tatertots and Jello.
