I realized my home tour page was a little out of date when I moved the blog over from blogger to wordpress. I’m going to try to update it a little as I go.
Today I wanted to share the Laundry Room. I struggle to keep this room tidy as it’s the “catch-all” when I’m picking up the house in a hurry.
Building this Mudroom Wall is also the most difficult DIY project I’ve taken on to date. Photographing it is also a difficult project as there is no natural light. I’m always a little embarrassed by my poor photography skills…
I still love the polka dot wall three years later. And I really love that little baby model! Isn’t she the cutest?
I’m still using the shelf over the washer and dryer and love having a place to display some of our sillier photos.
I love looking at the fancy Barbies on the other wall (made from a calendar I found!). I wish I had a reason to dress fabulous like those girls every day! You can also see one of the girls height charts on the edge of the picture. They love checking to see how much they have grown!
So that’s my tiny little Laundry Room Tour! Feel free to come back by any time and load the dryer or help me fold. I’m always behind on the laundry!
p.s. I’m linking up to Home Stories A to Z, My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia, Sugar Bee Crafts, What Treasures Await and Tatertots and Jello.
That model is the cutest!! My laundry room is in the need for a huge make over!! We had one of those wire shelves hanging above our washer and dryer and my oldest pulled on it and pulled it out of the wall. Oops, it still laid over!! Oh well, busy life with 4 kids!!
Thank you so much! I can’t imagine having 4 kids! I only have 3 and they run me ragged! And don’t worry about the wire shelf. Those things always seem to pull out of the wall one way or another.
That is the cutest laundry room! Not only does it look very functional but it gives off such a happy vibe!
Shelley
Thank you so much Shelley! I wish it always looked that clean!
